Engineered from the inside 

 

 

 

 

SPECIFICATIONS:

 

Kelvin hot water extractors are made in the USA using only the highest quality materials.  The frame of the machine is gauranteed for 10 years against breakage.

 

  •  2 dual stage Ametek vacuum motors, generates 170" of waterlift, which is the most in the industry for two vacuum systems.

 

  • High performance Flojet solution pump, we've found these are the most durable pumps in the business. We've placed the pump at a convenient spot on the machine where the pump pressure switch can be adjusted without emptying the machine, which prolongs the life of the pump dramatically.

 

  • Built in heating system; heats the entire 3 gallon solution tank of water in a very short period of time, and is thermostatically controlled to maintain 170 degrees of water heat.  This system is dramatically more durable than in line heating systems.

 

  • Fabricated with durable materials; the solution and recovery tanks are stainless stell.  The cage to hold the recovery tank is made of solid steel, and the base is fabricated with 3/8" HDPE plastic (not cheap rotomold material that breaks down over time).
